Rebecca Hall Live At 12 Bar Club Series

Rebecca came all the way from the USA to appear for the OnlineTV broadcasts at 12 Bar Club, London. A heart touching esoteric night of soul searching songs. With the voice that soars to the heavens Rebecca can really make one genuflect and ride the clouds astride her music. Joined on stage by her partner Ken Anderson, who also produces most of her productions, his added harmonica and harmonic vocals enhance an already gripping evening. Most of the songs from the CD Rebecca Hall Sings are on this concert as this was a promotional tour. The night was actually filled with woman fronted bands famed throughout the UK and a great introduction to this fabulous USA act.

You also have Rachel Birkin on violin and this woman will win your heart. Ballad or country standard I love the violin and Lissa really does an outstanding performance. I am only missing the name of the bass player who, throughout the night, kept a solid beat and met the lyrics with his strings.

We are proud to offer this collection of videos to the public. Bringing great acts to the stage at 12 Bar and broadcasting them around the world is a joy and privilege. Bleeding edge technology from OnlineTV.com Internet broadcasting systems and working with clubs that brought great new talent to the world was and is a dream come true.

Perhaps Rebecca is a bit like Terri Hendrix except Rebecca is Northern country.

Who is Rebecca Hall

Rebecca Ruth Hall is an American folk singer/songwriter who began writing and performing her own songs in the late 1990s, later forming a duo with her husband, Ken Anderson, who produced her albums Rebecca Hall Sings! and Sunday Afternoon. The couple moved to southern Vermont in 2003.

Hall was awarded runner-up in the 2005 Minnesota Folk Festival New Folk Songwriting Contest. Her song “O Lord” was covered by David Olney, on his 2005 album, Migration. In 2007, Hall and Anderson changed their collective name to Hungrytown to coincide with the release of their first, eponymous, CD.
