Live at the famous 12 Bar Club on Denmark Place, London, this trio plays dazzling sets for OnlineTV.com on July 14, 2001 and October 13, 2001.

The 12 Bar club was the best place for any up and coming, new, old, or famous group or act to play and hang out. Decades of life filled the stages with all kind of musical acts. From the very, very famous who stopped by to just play a few intimate tunes to a close crowd, to open mic nights where the new and restless took to the stage in the hopes of being seen.

The Trio

BJ Cole the legendary Pedal Steel guitarist joins Patrice Chevalier, Guitar genius (x Tricky) and Bobby Valentino on Violin, strings and vocals. You just can’t imagine a more super group of musicians. Each of these musicians has his own history and each excels at their expertise. When B.J. Cole sits down with his pedal steel guitar the sounds just make you want to dance as the music turns to color. Patrice Chevalier adds a whole new dimension. Reminding me of Django Reinhardt he tickles the guitar frets with an ease that is just hard to imagine and produces scales that seem to transcend everything you heard before. Then there is Bobby Valentino. How in the world this guy did not become the biggest star ever I do not know. The looks of Clark Gable, the ability to croon out a song as good as Frank Sinatra, able to draw down on the violin like Paganini, and kick out the jams on a guitar his talent just amazes.
