He fulls the room with stories from his life and loves with a kind of myriad of songs with a finger style guitar. Who Is Ethan Andrews
New York city long time resident Ethan Andrews has been writing and performing since early 1990’s. His distinctive style has been compared to the experimental visions of Beck or PJ Harvey. Now seemingly living large in Belfast, Maine and seen wearing a coon skin hat – hello Davey Crockett!
Many of his songs emerged during his years toiling as a disaffected electrician in Brooklyn, NY. But eventually this merchant of electricity departed the actual electric profession and blossomed into the singer song writer we see today. His first release was in 1999 and was The Romance of Vagues. That release had 10 tunes on it, a full CD, and was distributed by his British friend Jesse Schust. In 2003 he released a promo called Summer 2003 Promo.
